Yards and training operations
Several people, one string of horses
This page is for sales and competition yards and for training operations: several people working the same horses.
The need
In a sales or competition yard, a horse does not belong to whoever rides it on Tuesday. Three riders, a head groom, owners who want to know — and information that has to travel without getting lost between the boxes.
What is missing is not one more tool. It is that each person’s work stays visible to the others, and that an owner does not have to ask to know where their horse stands.
What already works
A professional tracks a whole string from a single account, with pricing that decreases horse by horse: the more horses, the less each one costs.
Each owner gets read access to their horse — a live window on its progress, with no subscription on their side, revocable at any time.
Reports export to PDF, for those who do not use the app.
A yard tracking thirty horses can subscribe today: nothing is on hold waiting for the plan described opposite.
What is being built
Shared write access. Today a horse is logged by the account that holds it, and the others read it. Tomorrow several people will work it and log it, each with their own access.
A web administration console. To manage access and horses coming in and out from a desk, not from a phone.
Separate pricing, by bracket rather than horse by horse, quoted case by case.
We are not announcing a date, and we are not opening a waiting list. Write to us: the yards that describe how they work are the ones shaping this offer.
Tell us about your situation
Describe your organisation: how many people work the horses, how many horses in total, and how you share the tracking today.
